Higher horsepower B-Bs did show up on the Richland-Columbus line, but this pair of U18Bs bracketing a GP16 is an absolutely typical power set for the mid 1980s hereabouts.

As I recall this unit was nee-WM. It's typical Railtex (now Railamerica), off its home line.
